Brilliant feedback.. for those using our new Customer Feedback form, its really important to us and helpful to find out how we can improve what we are doing...
Please don't think that you are being negative... its not... its what we need to hear from you...... I've already been in touch with our hosts to find out how to do some of the things that you have suggested... I completely agree with the comments and as soon as I find out... I'll be implementing them!! So a huge "Thank you" for letting us know!
