When we rounded up all the mums to be to put them in the barn, we decided to move all the Dorset mums and lambs over to the 10 acre field, giving them lots more space, but also a complete change..... they have been thriving and have grown beyond belief.
I have to confess that Ellie and Little Pink are still being fed a bottle once a day which is ridiculous... and is about to stop, as all the others are slowly being weened, its about time they were too! I will miss the charge towards me and the enthusiastic climbing....... unlike most farmers I tend to see how they are feeling rather than stopping after the allotted number of weeks determined by some kind of minimum.....

......... And here she comes for her afternoon cuddle.... my little chubby Ellie.. she is my pride and joy...... and is almost as verbal as her Auntie Ezmie!
