We had a day away from the dales on Sunday.. visiting Scarborough...
I needed to get some advice from Samantha Birch who has a studio there.....
Samantha makes the most exquisite jewellery, based on nature, which I stock at Fabric of the Field, she's one on my original makers... I needed to know more about the care details for her products and she introduced me the a magical fluid which you dip your silver into for a few moments and it comes out looking good as new.... She has given me a small pot of it so I can refresh her products whenever I need to.... ......... What a coincidence... Yesterday I had some visitors to the shop.... and during our conversations it turned out they live next door to Samantha.. Small world huh......... and they'd come to the dales, with a visit to us in mind, having see us on ITV!...
